India is diverse in culture, food, and almost everything a person can think about. One of the exceptional new things you can find on a foodies’ map is “Masque, Mumbai India”.
It’s an incredible thought of Chef Prateek Sadhu and Aditi Dugar , together they made it alive. Masque started its journey in September 2016 in Mumbai, there idea was to get to focus on seasonal and local Indian ingredients to curate invaluable experiences while dining. Four years after opening, Masque received the “One To Watch Award” for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020, and makes its proud debut on the list in 2021 ranked 32nd in Asia.
Chef Prateek Sadhu and director Aditi Dugar aim to change the way Indian food is perceived around the world. By putting the focus on indigenous ingredients and transforming traditional recipes into modern and elegant dishes, they are crafting new Indian flavors and dreaming of developing a strong legacy for the country’s cuisine.
In 2020, the charismatic team opened “The Masque Lab”, a space dedicated to investigation and experimentation into new ingredients and techniques. Over here they use Incredible India’s treasure of ingredients, with experience of traditional and new-age technique to bring out surprising and everlasting experience.
