Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until they’re tender and slightly crispy.
