To make this recipe, you’ll need to gather 100g of little millets, 1 tsp of chili flakes, ½ tsp of Kashmiri chili powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of black pepper powder, 50g of chopped tomatoes, 50g of chopped onion, 50g of carrots, 50g of beans, 25g of peas, 60g of capsicum, 5g of coriander leaves, 2g of spring onions, and 25 ml of olive oil.
Start by washing the little millets thoroughly and draining the water. In a pressure cooker, heat some olive oil and add the little millets, sautéing them over low flame for a few minutes before adding water and salt. Cook the little millets in a 1:2 ratio of millet to water until they are fully cooked.
In a separate pan, add oil and chopped tomatoes, onions, chili flakes, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin, and black pepper powder. Sauté the spices well before adding the chopped vegetables. Let the mixture cook for four to five minutes over low flame.
After cooking the veggies, mix in the cooked little millet and stir the ingredients until they’re fully combined. Finally, garnish your dish with fresh coriander leaves and spring onions to add the finishing touch.
