Bercos, the Chinese and Thai restaurant chain, has witnessed a steady month-on-month growth in the orders volume during the pandemic. The chain has crossed the order volume while some of the outlets have doubled the numbers. “The primary reason for this is our regular customers who were not able to dine-in with us for a very long time. As price sensitivity has decreased, our business has reached out to newer audiences,” Kabir Advani, MD – Berco’s Chain of Restaurants

“As restaurants operate on low margins, cloud kitchen models helped us take that risk while reaching out to a larger customer base,” Advani added. At the moment, the restaurant chain is operating three cloud kitchens and is looking to expand in the future.
